Much Improved Performance

With Porthcawl sitting on the top of the league table and Bryncethin near the bottom both sides were keen to secure the points, but for different reasons.With Bryncethin captain Craig Morgan deciding to call a premature close to his playing career due to injury, captaincy for the day was handed to 20 year old wing forward Steve James. Even though Steve had captained the youth team in the past this was very much an  "in at the deep end" situation, but the youngster did an excellent job in leading a team that tackled until they dropped against a Porthcawl side that had a big per.....
