Harri Morgan moves on

Here at Bryncethin RFC we are very proud of all of our players in every team, from U7 to Seniors. These teams are proving that team work is the basis of winning matches and that hard work in training ensures that teams bond closely.

The pride we have as a club and for our club, was elevated to another level last weekend as Youth scrum half Harri Morgan was transferred out from Bryncethin RFC onto an Ospreys contract, having excited them with his performances at National U18 level.

Not 18 until March 2018, Harri has also been fast tracked into the National U20 set up and in order to gain as much experience as possible, he has been given over to the Bridgend Ravens. On his senior debut, not having played for Bryncethin seniors even, he came on as a substitute and help the Ravens beat Llanelli, by scoring two tries. One can be seen here on the BBC's Premiership roundup. The eagle eyed among you will spot a certain Owen Watkin, formerly of Bryncethin too, supply the slip pass that puts the Ravens into space before Harri finishes off from 35 metres.

Congratulations Harri from Bryncethin RFC
