The signs didn't look good after Nanty scored 2 trys to take a lead of 12-0 after 10 minutes of play, last year we would have rolled over and been on the end of a 50 nill hammering, but times have changed, this team has changed and they stuck to their guns and played some excellent rugby against a very well organized Nantyffllon team. the tackling was ferocious and no one took a backward step, Some good passing saw Liam crash over for his try, our second saw Alix take the ball at speed to score and our third saw Alix break a tackle and was away down the pitch to score under the posts. We led 17-12 at half time, unfortunately we run out of steam in the 2nd had and Nanty stated passing the ball well to score their trys. This was a big step up for us and we will not make any excuses that we lost but the performance was something we can all be proud of.
